Subaru of New England Parts Availability

I am a new Parts manager for Subaru. I started with Subaru in September of 98. Previous to Subaru I came from an 11 year background with Toyota. What A change it is.
It was like going back in time 10 years. I have noticed the deliberate disreguard for customer satisfaction from Subaru of New England. Since SNE is a private distributorship their only concern is "what they can profit" out of a decision. They take it to the ultimate extreme. I have found that EVEN when every other wharehouse has a part in the country SNE does not. I am not talking about odd parts.. We are talking about drain plug gaskets, Winter wiper blades, and worse of all, Clutch covers for most every Subaru out on the road for the past 5 years. What do other dealers in my similar circumstances do? I dont want to go aftermarket.... But SNE is tying my hands on being able to provide satisfaction to my customers.. please email me or write back via the bulletin board. I would love some ideas...
