Hard Parts for Pont-Bu-GMC?

I have a Pontiac-Buick-GMC client (new replacement dealer) in the Southeast who has just completed his termination Parts Return, and is trying to determine how to invest $100,000 in "Hard Parts". There is no meaning parts sales history for this store. This dealer needs some quick help from a fellow-dealer.
