Time management

Has anyone been to or heard of a good time management course? I'm looking for a good course to send a couple of my parts advisors to. They are constantly falling behind during the day and then either forget or are late getting their orders in. Other than this weakness they are very knowledgeable, great with the customers and all around good people.

Personally, I started making a to do list every evening and that has helped me very much.

Any training available to help with completing tasks would be helpful.

Franklin Covey hosts one day time management seminars continously all around the country. The course lasts around 8 hours and includes a Franklin Day Planner. Three years ago our Nissan rep required every Fixed Ops Mgr in our district to go, and I've never heard anyone say they did not benefit greatly from it. Franklin is a good planner, but the one that works for business best is the Time Design system. Franklin focuses around the calendar, Time Design includes that but also on retaining material, and setting up projects and tracking jobs or accounts. It made to handle that stuff, whereas the Franklin has to be changed around. Also in the Time design you only write it once. Good Luck

Which Software is able to handle Time mangement on an Inexpensive level.
