hello to all,

we are using reynolds for ads and mailouts. i noticed advertising was $1,652 for nov. who are you using and what kind of choices do i have? i think is too much for advertising but i am not an expert.

i am looking for ways to lower my expenses without layoffs. hourly has been cutback to 35 hours a week...ouch!

my frieght and policy adjustment is below forecast. questioning every dime spent to get more efficent.
