jimm,
why would you need a s/o card, all that info is available in 2028, also it is indicated on the RO that a part is special ordered, as well as on the parts invoice. Plus when the parts order is complete you can go into 2065 and print postcards or address labels, and it is easy to print reminder post cards. It took a while to get used to for the counterpeople, but now they wouldn't have it any other way!

The whole efficiency concept behind R&R's special order system is NOT to rely on paper. The special order inquiry screen coupled with the flexability of report generator and letterwriter do an incredible job. You can print pick tickets on the second screen when you are completing the S/O if a printed document is your warm and fuzzy.
