PARTS ADVISOR PAY PLANS

I am looking to pay our Parts Advisors a base salary plus commission.Comission would be based on a tear plan based on CSI OR FFV for Chrysler dealers.Does anyone out there have any such pay plans or idea's.We presently service 10 technicians and do about 60,000.00 in wholesale business and have 3 parts advisors.
