what kind of incentives do your store offer employees? i heard in a five star class that one dealer was assigning each parts employess a certain number of bins to keep clean and to check qty o.h.. then he would get someone from the office or sales to visit the parts dept and pick out the best area. a cash prize was offered to the winner. he also stated that this process solved his qty o.h. problem too!

1 warehouse (works counter thru lunch hour-2hrs a day)
1 shipping/recieving
1 delivery driver
