oil change employee - parts or service?

thanks johnny, i loved the movie too.

We are supposed to have someone coming in next week who is supposed to help with our service department and hopefully communication problems. Believe me, I am the first to say I want our departments to work together. I would wonder if it was just me and my department if it wasn't for the fact that my department and the bodyshop get along great. We help them and they help us. Because of this relationship, if I need something special all I need to do is give a call and the same works the other way. I only wish it would work the other way.
