Honda transfer on R&R

I am a Honda dealer using R&R Eralink. I transfer my stock order using 2372,since I am running on a session rather than a port. I hope I don't sound like a total idiot,but I am having a devil of a time with this. I have a quick reference card from R&R but somewhere in the header information screen I think I am messing up.Sometimes everything works, other times I get an error message on Honda Interactive,incorrect info etc. Unfortunatly with this transfer you only get one shot at it.Then you have to type it in manually. So how about it,has anyone written down a process for this? every time I call R&R while trying to do this it works.You can email directly at capnlog1@yahoo.com ... Tanks in advance.....John

These are my steps for this

2372
key in Order #
Select (Y) to continue
Select (R) to review
Select your order #
Select (H) for header info
Select (M) to modify
You have to add info in these following areas: ( this is a stk order example )
1 = S
3 = N
4 = Y
5 = Y
6 = 3
7 = 3
Enter down to bottom
Select (B) for back
Select (E) to exit
Select (Y) to save
Select (B) for back
Select (T) to transfer
Select (I) for individual
Select order #
Select (B) for back
Select (Y) to continue
Follow on screen instruction from there:
Get out of 2370 area.
Go to IN to finish.

If anyone knows how to use the To DMS button, Please let me know. Since the new upgrade mine does not work anymore.

Thanks for the help!!! I found out part of it wasn't my fault. I was missing a file on my master computer that allowed the transfer to work.....John
