We've just about finished with the remodeling. We've got a new slat board accessory wall. Now I need to display some accessories. Anyone have their's done and don't mind sharing how it looks?

Doesn't matter what you want on it, GM will send you the plan on what they want on it. At least thats how it worked with ours

Here is mine, just finished the other day. Some parts from a 2014 Silverado. Good Post. I told my ADI rep he should take pictures of everyone's display and post them on their website so we can critique, get ideas from and improve our own display.

Did your local ADI assist you with the display items or did you have to purchase the items?

Looks, just like my 6k investment that hasn't generated a peep since its arrival 3 months ago!!! But, hey GM got their money.

Thanks. I don't expect any sales from this wall, maybe a few thefts but no sales. But since I got it, I want it to look atleast decent.

Ok my boss just showed a wall from another dealer out of state. He had little versions of the steps. It saved so much room. Anybody know where to get these "examples" rather than having a full scale step on the wall? I can't get a hold of my ADI rep of course. I'll try to get him to forward me the pic and I'll post on here.

We have a separate Accessory Department that sells and installs, our service customer waiting area and sales depts are distant in an awkward building so the parts room gets very little foot traffic.
We did just refresh our parts showroom accessory wall. I'll post a picture later. We do have small side steps on display but if I remember they are just real reg cab steps not prop mini ones. I would like to build a display in the showroom but all I hear is we are waiting for the "remodel" that has been coming for a decade.

Had a customer last week asking question about the step packages on my accessory wall. After I quote her prices with her discount for buying her vehicle from us. She looks puzzled, she said was was quoted a different price which included installation. For the life of me, could not figure how my guys came up with that price....
Then......the salesperson walks up and says he has it handled. The customer points to the desired steps and asks the salesperson "I am getting those, 560.00 installed?" He says "Oh yes!" I bit my tongue, I didn't have the heart to tell the customer that they were getting the cheap-ass steps from down the street.
For some reason, the dealership would like to pay another outfit to do what we can do. Can't make them realize the dealership makes more profit when we keep it in house. Why do I have a 8k accessory wall in my inventory? Should have asked the aftermarket place to provide one. OH well.

This is the wall. There are multiple tiny examples of steps. I wonder if they cut them up and put the ends back on? There's a cut piece of 3" round on there too. Seems a big waste of money to me, but I prefer the look with the smaller pieces and you can't see the mounting brackets either.
