DESCRIPTION:

GM Customer Care and Aftersales announces the 2013 Durapack Professional Filter Program. All Durapack orders must be entered in case quantities using any case combination of oil, air, and fuel filters.



INCENTIVE:

The parts included in the program are eligible for a 6.75% (Qualified Promotional Orders) discount for all orders that exceed $3,500 at Dealer prices.



EFFECTIVE DATE:

January 1, 2013–December 31, 2013



QUALIFICATIONS:

All Durapack part numbers are available to order in minimum case quantities.
Durapack part number MUST be used when ordering.
Dealers must enter the correct number of filters when ordering to ensure the proper quantity of filters is shipped and the proper discount is received. Example: If one case equals 12 filters, then the order quantity for four cases would be 48. Program logic will round to the next higher case quantity.


ORDER INPUT:

Orders must be placed via Parts Workbench using QPO order type to qualify for discounts.



GENERAL INFORMATION:

Filters are packaged in an egg crate type of carton (not individual filter boxes).
All Durapack parts have an "F" suffix attached to the existing ACDelco short number (i.e., PF47F).
Each air/fuel filter is individually wrapped in a plastic bag.
The Durapack Filter Program includes oil, air, and fuel filters. It is not a returnable product program.
New part numbers to the program: Duramax Fuel Filter TP3012F / 19255090 is available. PF2257GF / 19254711 fits Chevy Cruze applications. PF63F / 19254710 fits Chevrolet Traverse, GMC Acadia, Buick Enclave.
