RIM Purchase Loyalty

RIM Purchase Loyalty

Postby mdishong » Mon Mar 03, 2014 3:25 pm

I am sitting in 89.60% for purchase loyalty for the month of Feb. 2014 which puts me at 2.75% in the grid.

Anyone know what I can do to get to the 90% for the month of February or is it too late?

Go to Program info and look at the Purchase Loyalty Report. Make Sure that everything they are counting against you is accurate. Any bin adjustments or credits can be corrected by emailing samedayadjuster at rim dot com

Run the loyaty detail report. Did you make ANY bin adjustments? Find them and send them to Same Day Adjuster for adjustment. You have until the 5th to get this in to GM.

Do I need screen shots of the adjustments or do I just email the part numbers?

Rykid50 ~

from the Global Disconnect home page, click on the GMCCA link inside the GM ProgramInfo box or frame (upper right corner on my page). This will open up a new window. Mouse over the "reports and recognition" tab in the menu bar, then mouse down to the "Dealer Parts Loyalty", then mouse to the left to the "RIM PURCHASE LOYALTY DETAIL" and click on that. This will open a spreadsheet in a new window.

To get the dis-loyal purchases to the top, I select all the data, NOT the headers and then do a DATA RE-SORT, by column H, in descending value. Now your problems will be sorted and at the top by highest value.

Make sense ??

I found my adjustments. Thank You! Whoparted &/or Richard: Do I need screen shots to prove the adjustments in the email or will just the part numbers work? Thanks for your time.
