The 2 GM Part #'s backordered for me.
And the 2 items from Kent Automotive already backordered while I ordered per phone 2 mins. after recall was released yesterday. Approximately 2 weeks to get parts.

I just ordered more clips this morning and they backordered, but the upgrade wrote and is shipping OVN (SLP!), but at 8-10 per vehicle they're going to run out fast. You can use any acceptable substitute for the heat shrink and tapes per the bulletin. We already had some of the PET tape from previous bulletins, and got some yellow tape from Grainger.

I got answerbacks that the 2 GM parts are processing for shipment this morning too
If we get into a bind with the tape I'll obtain it locally. Customers still didn't receive letters in the mail so we have some time to work with...

I too had the friction tape from previous got yellow tape and tube from outside. Ordered the clips and more tube, both processed to OVN. got half the clips this morning. We have many stock vehicles-this ought to be good.

14082 bulletin and parts list released today - another PIA

was able to put spac case on the tray 23226083 but not the 2 retainers 21077323 gave an "unable to process.." error. 15 minutes later got spac guy to create a case.

ETA for these 2 parts is "possible shipment on the week of April 14th"

There's also no pricing available for either number yet

Has anyone been able to put a SPAC on the "special" shrink tubing? I think its only special so GM can sell it..

I got my tubing on a regular order - but they cancelled the order for 100 and changed it to 20 then overnighted them because they are SLP parts. So I'll order another 20 today and the next 3 days. They can pay shipping 5 times instead of once.

Sure wish I could find a job where I could be a complete idiot and get away with it
