Anyone else unable to order GM parts?

On ADP and getting an error code 1301 unauthorized user error.

I have two dealer codes and orders on both received the same error.

Yes Global Connect is down. I can't put my order through either.

Oh, but GM is aware of the problem. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Like to have them tell all my techs/customers why their parts didn't arrive tomorrow...

Have to call SPAC ASAP. Called PDC 51 and was told to contact SPAC for order input.

Waited 25 min to place order. Just hung up after 32 min. Only able to order 10 lines, but was able to fanagle 12 lines.

Yea looks like the phone system is overloaded now, im getting an error when trying to call now.

Guess alot are not getting parts tomorrow.

Been on hold 30 minutes already. Worst case I'll keep trying tonight to force it through on Global at home. When it rains it pours friends...

SI and the locator are down as well. Thankfully I didn't have anything on this 2nd order so no big deal.
