As much as it pains me to say it, I am sure the system wasn't designed to handle the hugh volume of data being input by all of us trying to create SPAC Cases for something they should be shipping us without SPAC Cases in the first place. I am sure the SPAC agents are as frazzled as all of us in the dealerships having to deal with this mess. That Great GM Feeling isn;t so great right now.

Not able to add SPAC cases for non-recall parts. SPAC agent stated this morning the system (Workbench) may not accept any upgrade to a SPAC case due to technical issues, and that they cannot (or are not) able to add them manually at this time.

Have 2 critical items ordered yesterday I need badly, guess the customer will just need to understand that their car will be inoperable for a while.

Got a CSO order through yesterday at about 5:00 pm pst. and some how my RIM order got through about 1/2 hour ago but at this point the "system is not responding" Again!!!!!!!!!!!
