GM CSO Returns

Is anyone else haveing problems submitting these returns? I have been trying to for the last 3 months and they will not approve return.

Did a CSO return in Jan. with no problem, except eating 35%!!!!!
I'll take that back. I just put in a core return (1 engine) and had to hit the submit button a couple of times to make it go.
I still can not add SPAC cases to the ign. switch, so I am "assuming" that their IT issues are still lurking in there.
