I am looking to get some help/info from any of you who wholesale parts and send out wholesale parts ads. My plan is to either have the local print shop make them and we will send them out, or use a direct mail company to do it all.
I am looking for info on any good direct mail companies you use and if I decide to do it myself, how would I get a list of wholesale accounts emails, phone numbers, and addresses.

If you are a GM dealer you can go to GM Movin Parts dot com and register. There is a way to search for mechanical and collision shops in a mileage radius.

When I was with Mopar, they could give you list by mileage radius or zip code range, that was a few years back.

I use Allied business services, good prices and they get the mailer out to a lot of shops. Here is the contact info.
