Ordered one about 15 minutes ago, no problems.

I see that message a couple times a month. Usually just reloading the page using the refresh button of the browser fixes it. Other times , had to logout and back into Global and rarely, just rebooted the whole PC

I had the same problem this morning and had to enter some orders 2 or 3 times to get them to go.

What a PITA.

Just rebooted my PC, deleted cookies. Still getting that same error message. Thought it was related just to current
campaign parts orders, i.e. ig. switches, connectors, so I ordered a 24507563 thermostat, same error message.

Just had the same error message trying to enter an exception for a mis-pick. Had to log off and log back on. Sure do wish Global Connect functioned better and didn't waste so much of my time!

Try Firefox. It works fine, I can't get into the LAM site unless I use FF.
