I've gotten 2 emails in the last 24 hours from Customer Assistance telling me I need to order an ignition switch kit for customer. Kicker is, I ordered the guy's kit on April 23rd, it's been here for a week and he's scheduled to come in and have it replaced on Wednesday. Called the customer to make sure there wasn't some other issue I was unaware of and he says he called CAC initially in early April only to find out what dealership he should take it to because he is new to the area. So, I'm guessing the CAC is catching up on phone calls/emails from almost 2 MONTHS AGO! Just sharing in case anyone else runs into this issue.
