Honda Parts Fill Rate

If there are any Honda parts managers out there, would y'all mind posting your fill rate by piece. Mine is 92.5 which is within guidelines, but there has been some debate brought up here and I would like to know if anyone is getting much better results.

I am showing "off the shelf"at 91.67% and "same day fill of 93.84%. I don't put alot of thought into what it means though.

97.9 Ro off the shelf fill! We do not pick up too much from other dealers nor Urg. order with daily delivery.

Fill rate indicates your ability to fill a part request from your shelf at the time of the request. This should NOT include picking up the part elsewhere or ordering it. Did you have it available for sale at the time of the demand or not?
This is a fairly standard formula...Total Demand pieces – (Emergency purchases pieces + Lost Sales pieces + Customer Special Orders pieces) / Total Demand pieces.
Note if your fill rate is high (above 95 or 96 %) it is highly probable you do not record lost sales. That bring s up a whole separate topic for discussion.
