Got word earlier from my DMA that these all need to be elevated to SPAC cases. I ordered a bunch last Monday June 2nd when the bulletin said dealers could begin ordering and received 3 today...
I have 73 to order so far today and have only been able to upgrade 5 out of the 12 that I ordered. Is anybody else having trouble upgrading these?

What happened to the pre shipments? Some dealers received them and some like us did not.

We only received 3 pre orders.

The one "pre-order" I had I got an aswerback "Overnight order cancelled overwheight" I have not been able to get a SPAC case on ANYTHING for about 4 days without calling them and forcing them to input one. I have at least 10 of them that need to be upgraded and just figure when GM gets their head out I'll get it done. I do not have 2 hours to spend on the phone with Peggy.

Anyone else having issues (we are just outside Nashville TN, btw) with the shrink wrap coming in already shrunk from the heat and humidity of the Fed Ex truck? I've have 2 so far that won't go over the buckle they are shunk down so much already.

I received 1 pre-shipped that lasted on my desk for about 5 minutes before selling it. Then I used the VIN from that car to SPAC another and another and still can't get them when needed.

I'm having trouble upgrading anything to a SPAC!!! I have 3 pieces from my CSO order that I can't even get to come up on the backorder status screen in Global Connect to Upgrade it to a SPAC Case.

I CSO'd and then upgraded to SPAC on all 74 in stock units on Monday the 9th. I have not seen anything yet. We are well over 100 orders now, and the Sales Mgt staff is throwing daggers at me for not having these kits here on the shelf. I still don't understand why the stop sale was deployed when there was not an adequate supply of kits.

Our initial order was a shipment of 8 and then a shipment of 5. those were gone in a heart-beat.

Likewise having problems with upgrading today. It "appears" that there is a possibility that the seat belt anchor kit may go the way of the ign switch kit. Currently, the last three orders I have placed with the VIN in the note field have gone straight to "REVIEW CODE 2" and I cannot upgrade to a SPAC like the 10 or 12 previous orders from earlier in the day. The message is that this part/order is not eligible for SPAC upgrade.

just printed answerbacks... looks like I have 8 or 9 that have written to Plant 001.

Maybe we will have tracking info in the morning ??

Now this morning I see that all my orders that were placed and upgraded to spac cases have been cancelled per message # G_0000194239. Really wish these people would make up their mind what they want done and how they would like us to accomplish it.
