GM SPAC RETURN

I got a part in today that's wrong in the box. I know how to do returns or most I should say but what do I put in for shipping numbers and plant for a spac case?? I tried to not search for it on the return but that failed. Thank you in advance!! **This was a steering rack that was boxed wrong**

She handles most of the SPAC case claims.

Look at your GM invoice. The facility will always be DS and the invoice will have the shipment number.

You have to use the shipment number from your invoice as the GM order number and it will go through.
