DOES ANYONE OUT THERE KNOW HOW TO BYPASS THE SAME VERBAL MESSAGE THAT REPEATS OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND AGAIN ON THE GM SPAC SYSTEM.
TALK ABOUT A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AFTER YOU HAVE HEARD IT FOR THE FIRST TIME THAT YOU CALL.

I have been dreading that whole SPAC scenario, but I have 7 of the 23247593 on review that I can not put SPAC cases on without calling them. Sooner or later I am going to have to bite the bullet. I have yet to figure out why some go "review" and some do not, but I am quite sure some "genius" has the answer. Aside from my rant I don't have an answer for yor question. Good Luck!!!!

Keep trying to put those SPAC cases on through the backorder report in Workbench - the SPAC agents can't/won't help you with the recalls
<-- Can't wait for this year's survey - wonder where they'll hide the results this time?

Yup>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Just spent the 15 minutes on the phone (including recording) to try to get "review" status changed and was told " sorry we can NOT assist you with any re-call issues". Can any of you spell SNAFU????????????

I have a fix for this!!
I've had several cancel now after multiple attempts. I simply call the customer and ask them if they ordered the parts elsewhere. If they say yes, I tell them they MUST return the rental car, and go back to that dealer.
If they say no, I tell them they that GM won't let me order parts for their vehicle and here is the Customer Service #, now bring back the rental car until you and GM settle this. If they aren't in a rental, I tell them to contact me when GM decides to let me order parts in a manner that I can actully get them in.
GM didn't invent the cluster$(%*, they just perfected it.
