Watch your SPAC cases a little closer

Last week I had a SPAC case instantly close out and cancel with no search being done. I called in and was told they were aware of the problem and to wait an hour or so and it would automatically reopen and run the search. It did and I ended up getting the part no problem.

Yesterday morning I put a SPAC case in and it did the same thing - cancelled itself. Instead of calling in again, I waited and saw it uncancel and go to pending by itself again but no immediate search like it should have. Just before I went home, I checked and noticed it still hadn't run any searches yet.

As of this morning, it still hasn't run a search so I called in again. The agent told me she was aware of the prior issue about cases cancelling and reopening but I was the first to call in and say it never ran a search. She's not going to report it any higher unless she gets another call with the same issue.

They did escalate mine so someone will try to get the part for me but I found it a bit disturbing that they already know something is wrong with the system, now it's worse and will take more complaints before it gets reported higher

Thats been GM's problem throughout this whole mess, BK and restructure, the fact that 1 (one) customer does not mean squat. They continue down the same path expecting "different" results. I am quite sure they are reading this but even after you lay it in front of their face they are to blind to see it. It's truly a shame as they used to be a great company to deal with.

Oh, I'm sure I'm not the only one either. Nothing in GM land happens only one time. I just happened to be the first to report the problem to one specific person. LOL

My case has already been filled and their little problem delayed it by a day - customer satisfaction at it's best
