WE HAVE 2 MIS CUT KEYS. I NOW NEED TO ORDER 2 TO REFILL THE SWITCH KIT. HOW? GO.....

According to bulletin G_0000191127, If the key blank is found defective or is damaged during cutting, dealers should call the GM Product Quality Center at 866-654-7654. Dealer must provide the kit number.

Just had to order some keys. Along with the kit # you need the Order number of the kit, RO#, Miles, VIN and about 10 minutes on the phone, depending on how competent the person on the other end of the call is. They put the keys on backorder and tell you they have now idea when you will get them.
