No, I have a better idea, How about you update the IT Dept. on Global Connect so I can get an answerback in a reasonable amount of time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That gets ridiculous especially when I get 3 calls over a couple hours time from GMIT about our firewall being down.

How about you get your own shit fixed before you worry yourselves about my shit
