CSO USING RETURN RESERVE. I TRY AND PUT A RETURN IN ONCE A MONTH USING MY RESERVE TO GET RID OF SOME OLD STUFF AS WELL AS CSO ORDERS FROM SERVICE

You can always throw a couple on a monthly return (along with some current part numbers) and see if they end up field scrap.

If so you get credit, if not put them in the poo pile.

Yes you can.
Submit the new number, when the pick ticket comes in with the packing slip put a white sticker just below the new number on the pick ticket and write "supersession" on it. Make sure the new number is still visible. On the packing slip to the far right write supersession again. Put them in a seperate tote with a ship sticker that shows the return number and "supersession" written on it again. They fly right through, as long as it's a good supersession.
There was a bulletin on it somewhere a long time ago.

That is for RIM only; does not apply for return reserve return ( I tried and they all came back).
