Global Connect Down?

Anybody else having trouble getting in to anything on Global Connect this morning?

Bingo!!!! Managed to get answerbacks and invoices but that's it.
Imagine how long other businesses would last (think EBay) if they had this much trouble!

Made me think of the guy in the thread about getting mystery shopped. If he can't check availabilty of a part and has to call the customer back - ding

maybe there's a recall on their servers

I believe GM has once again screwed over the IT guys and this is the punishment.

Another thing to think about come survey time. They should reimburse us atleast one month of the monthly phone bill because their system is down at least that much of the time.
