Currently going in for a interview at the biggest GM Dealer in the city. I would just like to know the good and bad of working for them. As a parts counterperson.

As a counterman it is a pretty sweet gig really, and the catalog is far superior in my opinion.

You know the answer as well as anybody. How long have the rest of the employees been there? Usually a real good indicator of what the bosses are like. Counter spot is a counter spot, if it's busy then the days go by quick. If your lucky they draw a "good" clientel and you don't spend your time in an argument. Best of luck!!!

Thanks a lot guys, I'm going tuesday for a quick talk with the asst pm who contacted me. They must have been looking at my resume because I do not remember applying to this dealership. Hopefully I get in, it's a group dealer and I could use all the benefits at my young age of 23.

"I could use all the benefits at my young age of 23."
If you consider a daily headache a benefit then you are working your way into the right proffesion.
