Is it a generic number or different for every dealer?

800-535-5053
Save it, it is supposed to be on all PC302s if you ship something back to GM as well.

The ccn number is actually your contract number. DO NOT PUT THE PHONE NUMBER IN PLACE OF THIS. You can call the number and ask for your ccn and they will assist you.

You're welcome sir. We seem to be on our own in this dog eat dog world of recalls and shipping their mistakes back to them. So the way I see it is we've gotta look out for one another.

I called this phone # and they told me GM DEALERSHIPS # is 98###. I'm assuming it's the same for all of us!?!?
