Has anyone seen their core protection money for the 19257875 power steering motors yet?

I sent back the only ones I had been billed a core on. I didn't receive credit so I emnailed Ivorie at HLG and eventually did get my credit. You have to contact them and they have to do it manually.

According to Sam Phillips, GM will go back 90 days (May 1 – July 31st) and issue core credit for part purchased LESS any that have been returned and credited. This is a manual process and core payout will NOT be credited until Oct. 1, 2014.

But their "amazing" computer system can run your inventory from thousands of miles away.
And can tell if you put on a set of NAPA wiper blades to satisfy THEIR customer when they could not supply GM ones (or keep them in stock).
But YOU have to contact them, and YOU have to initiate the credit.
Aint technology grand????????
Probably more like: Aint GM a bunch of crooks????????????????

I received credit for the one core I sent back in that they screwed me out of the core charge.

I have not received credit for the rest of the ones that I purchased but did not return the core.

Does anybody remember when this debacle began? I want to go through my invoices to see if I got screwed.

The 10 I got came in on July 22nd with a $40 core. They dropped the core charge August 1st

Check your invoices this morning, my credit was there.
