Make sure you double check the 'return address" on anything you sprint out to another Dealer. I just got the biggest run around and load of bull that I have gotten out of GM since the new SLP program.
GM "e-mails" us the shipping info, I have the print out from Fed Ex showing it getting picked up in Redding Ca. and being delivered. SPAC out and out lies and says it was picked up at the Dealer in San Diego that shows on the SPAC paperwork (funny the tracking numbers are the same) and then says "it is too old for us to do anything with", it was shipped on 09/15. Now it's off to the Rep. to see if I can get my $177 back.
Bottom line, DOUBLE CHECK what the morons send you!!!!!!

I have instructed my counterpeople not answer SPAC cases. I grew tired on never getting correct shipping information. Even after verifying correct email and fax info, I would never get it and would have to explain to heated dealers that GM dropped the ball again. SO, we are done.
