RIM order did not transfer to Auto Hate this morning. I give a call to Auto Hate and ask " can you draw my order out of GM as it did not transfer?" Answer: " no, you will have to call RIM or load it again manually". This is WRONG as I have had them do it before. Next is the call to RIM with the question "can you resend my R282 order to Auto Hate as it did not transfer?" Answer: "NO we can send it to your e-mail and you will have to transfer it to Auto hate." WRONG, I have had RIM do the repeat before.
MORONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If any of you know a good IT person I happen to know a couple of places where they could get a job as long as they do not mind working with Peggy. Just like the return gal at 086. Damned good worker with a great personality, but she is gone. Contract worker that GM would not give any benifits to and inadequate pay to compensate for it, now off to do a "good" job for someone else. MORONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update!!! Update!!!! One of them succeeded as I just started to reload (I downloaded the info off of the RIM sight myself). Thought I would double check a low and behold it was there. Whodathunkit!!!

WTF??????????????????? They told me they could NOT do that! "They had to send it to my e-mail." Which, by the way, I never did receive in my e-mail.
It is hard to soar with the eagles, if ya know what I mean.

And Now For The Rest of The Story
Received my "Field Scrap" for RIM returns on 9/26/14. My return guy is just finishing up the return today (we do "field scrap" last). There is a wiper blade on there that has not sold in 16 months. Between 9/26 and 10/05 we sell it SOOOO RIM puts one back in and I recieve it on 10/07.
Question: Do I sit on it for another 16 months or do I field scrap it?
Answer: It matters NOT! If I field scrap it and minus it out RIM will send me another one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ohh yeah. That's happened to me more times than not. Make another tag for it and get ready to look at it for another 15 months...ohh wait you'll be gone when it gets scrapped again!
