Anybody else having trouble getting through to SPAC? I have to find out why Global is not letting me upgrade a timing chain to a SPAC Case when we looked it up with the VIN and it says "unable to verify VIN for part #, will not SPAC"
Been getting a busy signal for about an hour!
Side Note: I hope that all of your employees wished you Happy Boss's Day Today. LOL!

Went through that about a week ago. There are a couple of models out there that the "computer" will not accept.

I had trouble yesterday and I was able to go into the View Backorder Report and upgrade it there for some reason. The normal ways didn't work.
