I know these get billed to open parts account but where do the invoices go? ive never seen them come across yet

They are on the Invoices the Office Mangager gets and probably doesnt bring to you

BARS billing statement. It was sometimes referred to as you Parts Open Billing Account but rarely had anything to do with Parts!

For years my office manager just charged those to sales dept.. Is it wrong I sold them for penny cost and $45 sale?

Always add more to your quoted price, than expected! The invoice is always higher than the web site states at checkout.
