KNOWN Data Share issue between ADP/CDK and GM

I stumbled across this problem completely by accident. GM manager told me that ADP should have notified us. ADP says GM should have notified us. Nobody told us anything. Have any of you heard of this problem?
Apparently the data being shared is either losing data or becoming garbled in some manner. This causes SOME RO data to be lost. This issue can effect loyatly and bonus payments.
It also effects service / onstar lead generation, which is how I found it. Basically we serviced a customer's vehicle and two weeks later they get a message from onstar stating their vehicle needs serviced.
I am told this has been going on since September. There are two patches that must be installed on your server. ADP says I have to notify GM but I don't know who to tell. The manager whom I spoke with called me about another issue and he has not returned further attempted calls.
Have any of you ADP guys had this happen? I have been told there potentially 1000+/- GM dealers involved. ADP defect # 367403, so I am told.
