Anyone else having all the parts rec't under control R308 counting as disloyal non-RIM purchases ??
~gt feels this will somehow be my fault... that is the New GM Feeling !!

Just called rim and they said we get to fix it. So I might wait and blame most of my non-loyalty purchases on rim.

I received an e-mail from RIM today, regarding a mistake they made which has rendered me non-compliant all month! Hope they fix it soon!

mine were completed yesterday... I sent in a request, but that was not necessary.
