Are any of my fellow GM dealers using AUTOMATE having a communicating issues?

We can't check availability in screen 1 or 4 with GM, nor can we place any orders from Automate to GM. Automate is blaming GM :x . I just want to make sure it isn't just me. Thanks!

working here (availability) too early for orders for me
