I'm having trouble opening the .xls spreadsheet attached to GlobalConnect message G_0000205380
Subject: Parts Return for Recalls 13434, 14062, 14096, 14116, and 14340.

Anyone else?

I've enabled the macros and entered our BAC but nothing happens. Even tried saving it to my 'puter and working it from there. And of course no-one at the WPC will pick up the phone.

me too... I even tried some of my other neighborhood GM dealer codes and nothing...

likewise, I enabled all functionality. nothing.

It took a few tries, but i did get it open. enable everything, then hit the button, and it brings up a box to type your bac code. Don't try typing it in A1, ect, it won't take it

I couldn't get mine to work either; tried a bunch of different things and nothing came up in the sheet.
