Is anyone else showing 2 different orders on the RIM order list page with control # R353 ?
I'm showing one dated 12/18/14 and one dated 12/19/14. The only one showing on my DMS (ADP) is the one dated 12/19/14.
WTF?? :o

Well, just got this email from the General. It was sent to multiple email addresses, so it must not just be my problem:

"Due to an Order File Transmission Issue on Thursday 12/18/2014 your order created 12/18/2014 (R352) did not transmit until 12/19/2014 and therefore, was assigned a control number of R353. Orders were then created on Friday 12/19/2014, transmitted, and were also assigned a control number of R353.
As of the last Daily Sales File received, it appears the order created for you on 12/18/2014 does not show on order in your DMS. Please review the order created in RIM on 12/18/2014 (Run Order Query on Parts Workbench) and confirm all parts show on order or received in your DMS.
You may need to take one of the following actions to ensure all parts show on order/received:
1) Manually create all open order lines or receipt parts.
2) Change the COO R353 currently showing in your DMS so another R353 can be loaded and resend R353 created on 12/18/2014 from the Run Order Query on Parts Workbench. (Ex: Change to D353).
3) Contact your DSP for additional suggestions and support.
Your Order for today (12-22-2014) when created at 6:45 will go On Hold. If your order appears to be a duplicate it will be deleted unless you contact the RIM Help Desk and indicate otherwise. All other orders will be released."

I love how they say "You may need to take one of the following actions to ensure all parts show on order/received." What a mess.
