Posted: Wed Jan 07, 2015 7:18 pmThe last 2 months I had issues with a part missing off of my credit but after I called the credit showed up on next weeks invoice. The most annoying thing is that they are closed on Friday! Must be nice.

Posted: Wed Jan 07, 2015 7:59 pmWhat's completely ridiculous is that they are allowed to give partial credit on one invoice and the rest of it mixed in with another one. It makes it a nightmare to track down what goes where (and I'm sure they know it) Why they can't just keep one application all together is beyond me - and them obviously
