Snap On Update disc 1-9-2015

So this morning I receive the usual Snap-On update disc and this time there is only One set of update disc's. Normally there are three as we have 3 computers in parts. I suppose we just load this set into all our pc's but just wanted to know if everyone else received the same.

They will automatically send out a disc for a PC that hasn't been using the auto update after a certain period of time. I have one that doesn't get used very often and get update discs for that one. I've even told them they don't need to waste the money shipping me the disc but the say the contract requires it

There are, what I have been told are "hard loads", that have to be loaded. The disc set is usually labeld "Must load DVD" and your catalog will appreciate it. Not to mention your counter guys.

That isn't one of those new pilot discs they were talking about recently, is it? They were rolling those up his month too. I will post the info when I return from lunch, if I still have it.

RBrown - they send all 3 sets when that's the case (or however many PCs are in your contract)

Doubt that's it either Denise. They should send 1 copy for each PC when doing the baseline updates and the new version
