If Mitsubishi is creating your stock orders, similar to GM's RIM program, but they don''t create the order in your system, how do you see any open orders you might have or track orders? How could you see if you maybe accidentally didn't receipt something? Use the invoices?

Invoices vs packing slips. It sounds like you may not reconcile your monthly statement? I try to do mine every other day. G.M has a habit of billing "stuff" to a random dealer and really not caring.

Having a little Mitsubishi experiance under my belt, I remember them using a number for sales forms and what not, the "looks" just like part numbers. If your comptroller is deciding where to put that stuff, you may be inventorying sales junk and being held liable for it.

NEVER trust a corporation

I've only ever been GM. We have a service manager (and I use that term loosely) as the only parts employee at a new mitsu store. None of us have mitsu experience. Monthly perpetuals are not coming out right. Just trying to find the dollars.

I generally create and submit my orders to Mitsu. As far as I know, Mitsu does not have a RIM program.

If this is a new thing, you can always look at the packing slip. It has an invoice number and pricing.
