Roush/eKeystone/NCD/Parts issue

Hello everyone,
I hope everyone had a good holiday. My issue is this, recently Roush started releasing their +2015 mustang parts list with pricing for cost and msrp.
Our dealership is located in the greater Toronto area, so I have to call for most S&H inquiries because as we our orders are different each time the S&H total is different each time and I calculate it into the price of the parts. we have chosen to order through ekeystone automotive operations because it takes into account the falling Canadian dollar, the S&H on their side, the duty of the parts crossing the boarder, etc. we do pay a S&H charge depending on the part. my issue falls into that does anyone have a system yet to calculate the shipping and handling of the 84 lines of parts for the 15 mustang list. or does anyone have an idea as too what way I can accomplish this quickly and efficiently, should I just have a set price for S&H, I am leaning this way. another part issue is the markup selling the new car dept. and then the ncd selling on deals. we need to find middle ground in order to properly sell parts and have a set list price so customers do not feel cheated. is there a good formula to say sell to the ncd at cost + 15% and the ncd selling at the list price created by myself. I am just a middle man parts person trying to create a good system where my manager, the ncd managers, and the customers all get their way without feeling cheated. I would more then greatful to hear from anyone, anywhere.
