DEALER CONNECT S...L...O...W

Is it just us or is anyone else having to wait longer than usual for the log in screen to load and to navigate on dealer disconnect?

Very slow here also. New development today it logs me off about every 15 minutes :evil:

Mine is getting worse. Just placed an order and the system timed out without verifying the order went thru. took 4 times trying to get an answerback before I finally knew for sure it was accepted. Atleast I won't have to find something to do with all the free time I have.

Does GlobalDisconnect really suck today, or is it just me? Can't even load it!!

If you get it loaded, read the message from Kurt McNeil.

"To keep the lines of communication open with you when GlobalConnect is unavailable or we have other business-critical communications, it is important that the primary email address in your GlobalConnect user profile is accurate."

Notice he doesn't say if but when.
