GM Recall 14300 = Repairs Still Suspened ??

I have not seen any updates on this recall, and the bulletin is still "live" on SI... ??
Anybody rec'd anything new on any changes to parts or procedures ??
I thought I would have seen requests from the WPC ??

I see 14300A in SI today the part shows stock in most depots.

nothing new here... 14300A is dated 1/8/2015.
suspend repair notice is dated 3/5/2015.

and RIM ordered me some too.... you would think (seeing how amazing RIM is haha) that they would lock them out like the other 5000 parts they decided not to track anymore

today:
On March 5, 2015, dealers were sent a message informing them to suspend repairs for service update 14300 due to a possible quality issue on the actuator assembly used to perform the repair. Our investigation has completed and no quality issues were found. Effective immediately, repairs can now begin again on involved vehicles.
