I tried to order these and they are not available. No warehouse location & no inventory available for this part. My guy brought this to me this morning. Is there a replacement or substitute for these?

Get them from them and then come unglued and raise hell when GM counts them as a disloyal purchase

Yes Loyalty is exactly what is my concern.

Well, a case of oil filters shouldn't hurt much unless you're already borderline. But I would jump all over their shit anyway if they count against loyalty any parts they can't provide.

Had them on Purchase Disloyalty report for March but they were removed due to unavailability. Known supply issue. You should not get penalized at present time.

sometimes you gotta do whats right for your customer and take it on the chin....i ordered a couple cases myself the other day from my ac delco supplier,i don't have time to wait for GM to figure it out.

what state are you in?? here in MA there are tons at delco whs around here if you need some.

Gotta love it, buy from GM. Thats all we hear and then look how they hold it against us when they don;t have it and we buy from our WD. If only everyone would play nice together it would be so much better playing this game. That Great GM Feeling doesn't feel so good now.+
