Posted: Tue Apr 21, 2015 5:40 pmYour Warranty Administrator should be able to submit for the core and the admin fees by debit/submit the repair order the part is being returned to the WPC for.

You should claim that for each and every part you return.
Also, make sure your service dept is putting it in 687.
