Today the Lanter driver left his paperwork, but there were no gm paperwork. So I went to e-packing slips to print them out. They are so small I have trouble reading them, but they are better than nothing. Today there are no packing slips from Charlotte listed. Wonderful!

Charlottte PDC experienced an outage yesterday when the main fiber-optic cable in their industrial park was severed by a backhoe. Don't know when they'll be back up. Needless to say we got no delivery today.

From the Charlotte PDC:

"The PDC has been down since Tuesday April 21, 2015 at 4:30pm due to the a break in the Fiber Optic cable leading into the industrial park where the PDC is located. Phone lines were only restored at 6:30 am Wednesday April 22, 2015, but computer systems are still down. ATT has indicated an estimated fix of noon Wednesday April 22, 2015."

How long to you think it will take for them to recover from this?

Finally got a message sent out at 12:06 pm today saying the fiber optic was back up. When it went down, they didn't have anyway to communicate with their dealerbody, but looks like corp could have issued a message so their customers would know what was going on.

Thats because they sold the "box" to 3rd party vendor and it's on backorder... again.

That response you got is darn near verbatim to the one we got about 3 weeks ago. Different PDC though. Hmmmmm??
