Hi-

Does anyone have RO add-on lines reprint in the parts dept? We have the initial RO print here; but if there is an upsell, we don't know unless we are told. I was told that the only way to do it in ADP is to reprint the whole RO in service which is a huge waste of paper (including hard copy.) We are considering putting air and cabin filters in the shop to save techs time. I'm ok with it as long as we can add them via a reprint, and not a frantic phone call while closing the ticket. Anyone have any ideas?

We used instant messaging on our company intranet. Them went to giving the LOF guys access to bill parts to the RO they could not change any pricing though. Any of them that the car left with out being billed Service ate them (only happened a couple of times).
